Marching Band, Starts and Improves from Military Corps

Marching band is no longer strange in every one’s ears. This is including outdoor musical performances. In United States, we will able to meet them each time football match held. They will play in the field before and after the game. It usually combines with movements, formations and dances. Most of the bands wear uniform to compete the performance, and it usually some kind of military outfits.

Marching band today, improve their performance well. They are not only able to play outdoor but also indoor. Many countries in the world hold competition for marching bands. They try to accommodate the interest of their citizens in the band. Today, marching bands also play popular new songs. They do it to improve their performance and show their ability in composing music. They are able to do it because the instrument they use has already completed. The instrument they use usually consists of three types, which are percussions, woodwinds and brass.

Marching band was developed by military and police corps. In United States, there are special marching bands that specially built to entertain American football lovers. They usually play in the stadium where the match held. However, even marching band improves well outside the military cultures, but the existence in the corps is still maintained well.
